Private Verification Documents

Business registration documents are stored outside public web access and are available only to authorized administrators and the verified account owner.

Data Retention

Account and audit data may be retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, fraud-prevention, and marketplace safety purposes. Verification documents should be reviewed periodically and removed when no longer required for trust and compliance.

Member Responsibility

Members are responsible for the accuracy of submitted information and must not upload documents they are not authorized to share.
